With three months of structured data, the dashboards mean something. Now you can price from history instead of instinct.

Handling Resistance

The most common objection is speed. Take it seriously and time both methods on a real call. If the app loses, fix the template, the required fields, or the training. Once the app is genuinely faster, adoption stops being a management problem.
